Nogomet

Nogomet, also known as soccer or football in different parts of the world, refers to a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each. The objective of the game is to score goals by getting a ball into the opposing team’s net. The game is played on a rectangular field, typically with grass, with a goal at each end. It is governed by a set of rules known as the Laws of the Game, established by the International Football Association Board (IFAB).

In the context of HR, nogomet may refer to the promotion of teamwork, collaboration, and physical fitness among employees. Organizations may use soccer or football as a team-building activity, fostering camaraderie, strategic thinking, and resilience, which are essential traits in a workplace environment. Additionally, participation in sports such as nogomet can contribute to employee well-being, encouraging a healthy work-life balance and enhancing employee engagement through shared experiences.
